France: Over 400 sharks killed in ghost net

456 starry smooth-hound sharks (Mustelus asterias), 3 tope sharks (Galeorhinus galeus), 3 rays (Dasyatis pastinaca) and one catshark (Scyliorhinus canicula) were found dead in a ghost net on a beach in Sillon de Talbert, located in the municipality of Pleubian, Brittany/France.
