Fisherman bitten by shark in Taiwan

A Taiwanese fisherman was rescued and rushed to a hospital by an Air Force helicopter after he was bitten by a shark. The Kaohsiung fishing boat Sheng Ji Cheng (?) had been fishing around Taitung when one of its crew was bitten on his right thigh by a shark, said the Chiayi Air Force Base. The base received an emergency notification from the National Rescue Command Center concerning the incident at 2:05 a.m., reporting that the victim was unconscious after losing large quantities of blood. They  reached the scene at 5:21 a.m. The victim was discovered conscious but suffering from severe blood loss, and was transported to the Mackay Memorial Hospital (Source: China Post).
