Diver in court for illegally killing shark

A Naples man is on trial accused of illegally killing a shark.

Wednesday, he told the judge it was all in self defense.

The judge found Steve Moriconi guilty on all four misdemeanor counts in the shark killing case.

He has to pay court costs and a $1250 fine. He avoids serving any jail time.
