Shark fin debate in Hong Kong

Marine products industry representatives, scientists and shark conversation activists gathered this week to attend the Seafood Summit, an annual event that aims to foster dialogue and partnerships that lead to a sustainable seafood marketplace. Reporter Hedy Bok met up with some of these attendees to understand their views on the current shark fin debate, which has been recently reignited by Cathay Pacific’s decision “to stop shipping unsustainably sourced sharks and shark-related products.”
