The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by
sections 5(1)(a)(iii), 6(1), (1A) and (2)(b) and 15(3) of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967(a)
and all other powers enabling them to do so.
