Spearfisherman kills blue shark in Malta

The ‘Times of Malta’ is reporting that a blue shark (Prionace glauca) was harpooned by a diver and brought to the beach this morning.
The man was fishing for octopus when the shark approached him.
“The shark flashed past me and I fired my harpoon,“ the diver told people on the beach after landing his unusual catch.
