Apparent Shark Attack in Colombia a kayaker identified as Tulio Andres Amaya Vidal

a kayaker identified as Tulio Andrés Amaya Vidal (aged 17) was apparently attacked by a shark in Sucre, a department in the Caribbean Region of Colombia.
The teenager suffered serious injuries to his right arm. His left hand was also injured during an attempt to free the right forearm.
The incident occurred yesterday (July 05) about 10:30 a.m. at a beach in the municipality of San Onofre.
