Japan: Goblin shark and Frilled shark displayed in Yokohama aquarium

This video was taken on 06. January 2016 and later uploaded by the YouTube poster ‘Elpasoaqua’.

The footage shows a goblin shark (Mitsukurina owstoni) and frilled shark (Chlamydoselachus anguineus) which are currently held in captivity at the ‘Hakkeijima Sea Paradise’ in Yokohama, Japan.

According to the aquarium (published on 05. January 2016), the two rare specimens were caught ‘at the same point’. An official video by ‘Hakkeijima Sea Paradise’ can be viewed HERE.
