Great White Shark filmed in New Caledonia

A group of spearfishermen encountered a great white shark Carcharodon carcharias, estimated to be at least 4,50 metres in length, off the south-western coast of New Caledonia.

The scene was filmed at a place called “fausse passe” in the waters of the Dumbéa commune, about 200 metres outside the reef.
